Prior to construction, we collaborate with you and the design team from early concept straight through to building permit approval. Close coordination of planning, building, and permit processes ensures your project will meet all local code requirements. Starting with a preliminary schedule that matches your budget, we provide constant insight into both project cost and progress throughout the life of the project.
Dedicated Construction Management Team
KG Bell Construction and it’s team brings years of experience from all areas of construction to help our clients reach their goals. We will form a dedicated construction management team who will advise and provide value engineering. The owner will have direct involvement throughout the project and the team will consist of a project manager, superintendent/forman and a project engineer who are committed to providing the highest standard of quality.
Thorough Pre-Construction Preparation
KG Bell offers detailed mock-up section drawings of your project including windows, siding, exterior and interior trim finishes, and more. This early attention to detail allows us to prove, test, and integrate the building system with the design. We also offer story pole representation of the structure for site approval to provide site perspectives throughout various areas of the structure. These pre-construction previews allow you to accurately envision views from any room in the house — dining room, kitchen, balconies, bedrooms and more.
Billing
KG Bell’s billing and oversight is completely transparent and we believe in maintaining an open book policy. We communicate with our clients regarding our billing process and ensure that our billings are accurate and timely.
