Kenneth G. Bell – Principal/President
Building high-end custom homes on the peninsula for over 30 years. Ken founded K.G. Bell construction in 2001 to establish a business that values quality construction and excellence to our clients. Ken’s vision of excellence started as a superintendent working on high-end homes in Atherton and Woodside. Since then, his clients have consistently praised his attention to detail.
Will Chace – Project Manager
With over 15 years experience in the construction industry as a project manager and estimator, Will has worked on a variety of commercial, educational, public and residential projects from the Southwest to the West Coast. With a degree in construction management, he is well versed in all aspects of construction and takes pride in working with the construction team to bring his projects on time and under budget. He is goal oriented and works diligently to make every project successful.
Will lives just outside of Santa Cruz with his wife and two daughters, enjoying the outdoor California lifestyle with his family and two dogs.
Jonathan Montealegre – Project Manager
Jonathan is a California State University, Long Beach alumni. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Design. Jonathan offers his strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively to clients. It is apparent that his commitment to excellence and positive attitude directly transfers to every project he is involved with. Jonathan has a passion for cooking and enjoys sharing his talent with his girlfriend. In his spare time, he coaches wrestling technique to high school students. At every opportunity, Jonathan treks down south to visit his nephew and return to his hometown, Lakewood, California.
Janette Gonzales– Asst. Project Manager/Project Engineer
Janette brings to K.G. Bell Construction, knowledge and expertise in the field of structural design, engineering and construction management. She earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of California Davis and she continues to demonstrate her ability to efficiently coordinate every project.
Janette lives in the Bay Area with her lovable pit bull, Thor and dances Hula and Ori Tahiti on her free time.
Michael Pallari – Superintendent
Mike started as an apprentice working with Ken in 2000. Mike has learned all aspects of high–end construction, project design and budget management. His hard work, attention to detail and a commitment to exceeding client expectations have led to his current role at KG Bell. Growing up in San Mateo County, Mike brings an unbridled passion to his job each & every day and has garnered the respect of not only clients but work colleagues as well. Fiercely proud of his heritage, Mike is always a great source for Italian restaurant recommendations. Married to the love of his life they reside in Burlingame with their amazing Dog Rocco!
Carmela Manahan – Project Accountant
Carmela has been in the construction business for over 20 years. As Accounting Supervisor/Manager, she has dealt with all types of construction contracts. Her extensive knowledge of Job Costing, Tracking and Analysis will give her leverage in keeping the projects up to date. Carmela earned her Bachelor's degree from Purdue University.
